I’ll work with you to determine if your constitution is running hot or cold, and if you are inflamed and congested or deficient and depleted. I’ll make recommendations based on whether you need cleansing, nourishing, or a combination. I’ll suggest which foods to emphasize and which to reduce based on my understanding of food energetics and your constitution, as well as how you’re currently eating. I’ll also recommend teas and herbs, and offer guidance on how, when, and where to eat, all with the aim of restoring balance and harmony.
